If you choose to take tips or use information provided, you acknowledge and agree that you will only wager with licensed service providers for your jurisdiction.
To become a subscriber you will be required to register and create an account. You will provide The Jump Outs with certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and up-to-date. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all usage activity on your account.
You must not impersonate or create an account for any person other than yourself. We may at any time request a form of identification to verify your identity.
By becoming a subscriber, you agree that all tips and information received are confidential proprietary in nature and, to this end, should not under any circumstances be forwarded on or otherwise communicated to any person without the prior written consent from The Jump Outs.
The Jump Outs only accepts payments in AUD$. If you are paying for subscriptions in a currency other than AUD$, subscribers must ensure that the amount is sufficient following conversion into AUD$ by the receiving bank. Any applicable refunds will be paid in AUD$. We accept no foreign exchange risk.
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order. You also agree to the billing frequency specified at the time of your order.
The Jump Outs reserve the right to change the prices and fees at any time. We will provide you with 14 days notice if the regular rate of subscription changes from what was stated at the time of your order.
Price changes will take effect from your next billing date after the notice period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the revised price, you may cancel your subscription before the end of your current pay cycle.
The Jump Outs reserve the right to reject and cancel a subscribers subscription at any time and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Your payments details must be verified before your Subscription can begin. If payment is not received, your Subscription may be suspended or terminated.
It is your responsibility to ensure that payment details you provide are accurate and valid.
If your payment method is invalid, your subscription will be cancelled and access revoked.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel prior to the payments due date.
It is the full responsibility of the customer to set the value of a “unit” that suits their financial position. We take no responsibility for the financial loss of the customer if they bet outside of their limits.
One month of positive return does not in any way guarantee the next. Subscribers should be aware that betting is a form of gambling which is risky and subscribers can lose their entire bet. There are no refunds on gambling monies lost.
From time to time The Jump Outs may amend the terms and conditions of its subscription service. By continuing to subscribe after such amendments have been made subscribers agree to be bound by the terms as amended. If at any time subscribers do not agree to these terms they should cease their subscription.
By subscribing to this tipping service subscribers also consent to receiving information and links to third party websites. This applies to all Australian residents. The Jump Outs links to affiliate programs, and may earn affiliate income in the form of sales commissions, marketing fees, royalties, rebates, and points from links you click on this site. You agree that The Jump Outs does not guarantee the suitability, warrantability, quality, price, functionality, or safety of any products or services offered by and sold through affiliate relationships; you agree to hold them, as well their affiliates, authors, contributors, and owners harmless from any negative consequences or harm arising from the purchase or use of such products and services.
The Jump Outs doesn’t provide any assurances or guarantees that any of the horses, races and events which have been the subject of tips by The Jump Outs have not been cancelled, postponed or otherwise varied. In the event that any such horse or event is cancelled, postponed or varied The Jump Outs accepts no responsibility and, relevantly, your subscription is non-refundable.
You agree that your name, address, email address, year of birth, postcode, gender and mobile/telephone number will be collected and stored by The Jump Outs and used for the purpose of managing your subscription.
The Jump Outs will not refund past subscription payments if a subscriber has failed to contact The Jump Outs directly to cancel, or to report unexpected payments or non-delivery.
