He had the benefit of a run this prep, but #6 ROMANCER was way too slick for them in Heat 14 on May 16 over the 1000m, winning in the fastest time of the morning. He has a second up record of 6: 2-0-1 with a Soft track record of 18: 5-2-3, so he’s certainly a huge watch second up and more so on a soft track.

O’TYCOON - Bjorn Baker
Dec 16 (Warwick Farm) - Bjorn Baker has a smart 2yo here, the son of Written Tycoon couldn’t have been more impressive - despite being slowly away, he cruised up to sit 3-4 wide, asked for an effort at the top of the straight and exploded to the front to win by 2.31L ahead of Snitcat, a 2yo with race fitness and experience who then ran 2nd and 3rd - he was a $180k Inglis Classic Yearling Purchase - super trial.
Apr 22 (Warwick Farm) - smart 2yo colt here with 2x trial wins now - he jumped beautifully here, went forward and travelled beautifully with the head down - kicked away late and was a class above - clocked 48.31s vs days average of 48.75s and a L600m of 33.86s vs days average of 34.20s - smart colt.
