It was good to see the talented #2 EXCELLERATION put together a big win over the 1000m in Heat 17 on Mar 9, just cruising at the back under a strangle hold before coming out wide and exploding to win by 3L+ once he was asked for an effort in the straight. He’ll go to a BM70 first up.
ROSEHILL - Race 8

A tick over jump out win in Heat 6 on Mar 11 for #6 SEBONACK as he goes towards the Golden Slipper next week where he’s currently $26/$7 after finishing 4th in the Blue Diamond without the greatest run.
Thought #15 LADY LAGUNA was absolutely super in her win of Heat 10 on Mar 11, clocking the fastest time of the 16x jump outs for the morning and winning with ease, she was a clear class above even though she also has the race fitness. She’ll be heading towards the Golden Slipper next week and assume that Annabel Neasham brought her down to Melbourne to get a grass gallop with the poor weather in Sydney. She’s $26/$7 in the Golden Slipper having started $2.50 in her last two runs and goes well on the wet… looks overs!
