Following a Sep 21 jump out win, #15 PERFECT LEGACY clocked a nice time for the 1100m as she won Heat 3 on Oct 5 ahead of some gallopers who are better than maiden grade such as the 70-rated Savoie and the race-fit Art Dealer who was coming off a 3.6L in a BM64 only a few weeks earlier. She was restrained early to sit outside the leader and given a couple of niggles in the straight where she opened up a margin on the rest of the field. She looks to have improved on her poor debut run when 6th of only 8 runners.

Kyneton, Race 1 - PERFECT LEGACY
RIOYUKI brings in the best last start benchmark rating and the best peak benchmark rating and deserves to be favourite here but has drawn poorly and will probably spot them a start. She did run the meeting's fastest L600/400/200m that day though. BENEFICIO comes from the same race last start behind Sharwin but RIOYUKI was the pick of the two. GLOVED ran well first up behind Tadweer who has won again since - drawn nicely with barrier 2 to push forward here and be hard to chase done. Race drops away from there.
RIOYUKI looks hard to beat. PERFECT LEGACY looks a small E/W chance - having a small low confidence bet at the $12 / $3.50 available this morning.
