#9 JENNY JEROME ran super on debut when finishing a close 0.1L 2nd - she was nabbed on the line with a 2.5L gap back to 3rd place. Given a freshen up, the 2yo filly returned to win Heat 10 on Jun 14 in nice fashion, sitting behind the leaders before showing that lovely turn of foot late to come down the middle of the track and win by 1.5L. She handled the Heavy8 track on debut so the wet shouldn’t be a worry and she looks in good order for a second up run.
DONALD - Race 2
OTHER
Ridiculous win by #14 RUN JIMMY RUN in Heat 12 on June 2, winning by well over 10L over the 900m. He’s yet to place in 5x career starts, so treading very carefully but you can’t record many bigger wins than this.
