BALLARAT - Race 2

#7 TYCOON BEAU is a nice horse. Back in November 2020, he was 2nd on Nov 13 to Grindelwald (came out to be 2nd and then 1st in MDN’s) with Cielo D’oro in 3rd (who won BM58 by 4.2L first up and then won a BM64 second up). He then kicked away from High ’n’ Dry (who then won a BM70 second up) to win a Nov 20 jump out by lengths. Returning in Heat 6 on Mar 16 (navy blue with green sleeves), he showed nice gate speed to lead and kicked away late with KING DICK, only to just finish 2nd. He looks really handy.
Following his Mar 16 jump out at Bendigo, the continually impressive #7 TYCOON BEAU was 2nd in Heat 5 on Mar 26 (red) to the 4yo Fiery Red.
His jump outs were super prior to the debut and the debut was nice but the latest run really poor. If you're happy to forgive that lastest run and follow him based on his debut, then he's a good winning chance here.
CRANBOURNE - Race 5
OTHER
#12 HIT RESET a big 5L winner of Heat 10, clocking the third fastest time of the morning whilst being given a little encouragement from the rider. Probably needs a BM58 first up where we’d expect her to lead and be in it a long way. Can do similar in a lower rated BM64.
CRANBOURNE - Race 6

#7 GLENFERRIE GIRL a super win in Heat 6. The 4yo mare jumped beautifully, immediately took up the lead and cruised to the line to win by several lengths without breaking a sweat with the 2nd horse Why Choose Her, an 85-rated 5yo mare. Following her May 11 jump out win in similar fashion (where the 2nd horse has since ran 2nd), she’s travelling super. Keen to follow her over 1000m first up, hopefully a BM64.
Looks a good E/W chance here with barrier 1.
