Have no doubt that #12 SPIRIT DE LUNE has the talent to win a maiden, it’s just going to be a matter of being on him when he does, which is becoming harder than it sounds. Not with Heath Chalmers having been bought for $18k from the January Inglis Online Sales, the 4yo gelding took out a May 18 trial before finishing 3rd in Heat 5 on Jun 2 when very quietly ridden. He’s hard to trust, but worth keeping an eye on for the new stable.
SWAN HILL - Race 7
OTHER
#10 RAINBIEL took out Heat 1 on May 27 over the 1000m in the fastest time of the morning. She’s a talented mare that flies fresh with a 1UP record of 5: 2-1-1 and a 2UP record of 4: 1-1-2, so we can expect her to be around the mark fresh again this prep as she approaches her 5YO season.

#10 RAINBIEL (5) - A Chibnall | Low/Medium. She doesn't mind it wet and is 1 from 1 at the track and distance but this is a handy race - nice light weight though and looks an E/W chance. |
